Building Brighter Futures with Faith and Dedication

I extend my warmest welcome to you on behalf of the Philadelphia School System family. As Director of this institution, it is both my honor and my calling to lead a school that transforms the lives of underprivileged children through affordable, quality education.

Since our founding in 1997, our mission has remained clear: no child should be denied education because of their circumstances. Inspired by Matthew 5:3 — “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” — we continue to serve our community by opening doors to learning, growth, and hope.

When I first stepped into this role, our school faced immense financial challenges. With only 150 students enrolled and an empty finance register, there were genuine fears that we might not be able to keep the doors open. Yet, I held on to a vision that this institution would not only survive — but become one of Faisalabad’s leading schools for affordable, quality education.

By the grace of God, my commitment was strengthened when Barnabas Fund, a dedicated organization, stepped in to support our mission. Their timely help fueled our efforts to modernize and expand the school even with minimal resources.

With unshakeable faith and round-the-clock hard work, I led initiatives that brought our school into the digital age:
✔️ We became the first online school in our town.
✔️ We introduced a fully digital management system.
✔️ We installed CCTV cameras in every classroom for safety and transparency.
✔️ We implemented an automated bell system and a smart SMS and WhatsApp communication network for parents.
✔️ We recruited qualified, professional teachers to deliver an outstanding education.

Through these efforts — and by God’s grace — our student strength has grown from 150 to over 600 students, and our facilities are now thriving to keep pace with this growth. Today, the Philadelphia School System stands as a testament to what faith, dedication, and community support can accomplish.

I firmly believe in Proverbs 22:6 — “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” We will continue to build strong foundations for every child who walks through our gates.
