Admissions Criteria

Welcome to the Philadelphia School System, and thank you for choosing our school for your child’s future. Our admission policies are as follows:

Age Limit: Children must be a minimum of 3 years old to be eligible for admission in Pre-Nursery class.
Admission Test: A test is required for admission to assess the child’s readiness for the chosen class.
Fee Structure: For one family, the first two children will be charged full tuition fees, the third child will be charged half the tuition fees, and any additional children beyond the third will receive free admission.
Parental Involvement: Both parents must accompany the child during the admission process.
Refund Policy: In the event that parents choose to admit their child to the school but later change their minds, the school will not provide a refund of the admission and tuition fees.

Documentation Requirement: Admission to a class will not be allowed without the necessary documentation, which includes:

1. B-Form Copy
2. Computerized Birth Certificate Copy
3. Passport-sized Pictures of the Child (2)
4. CNIC Copies of Both Parents (Father and Mother)
5. School Leaving Certificate (if transferring from another school)
6. Copy of the Last Year’s Final Exam Results (if transferring from another school)
   These documents are essential to ensure a complete and organized admission process for your child.
