Building Brighter Futures with Faith and Dedication

I extend my warmest welcome to you on behalf of the Philadelphia School System family. As Principal of this institution, it is both my honor and my calling to lead a school that transforms the lives of underprivileged children through affordable, quality education.

Since our founding in 1997, our mission has remained clear: no child should be denied education because of their circumstances. Inspired by Matthew 5:3 — “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” — we continue to serve our community by opening doors to learning, growth, and hope.

When I first stepped into this role, our school faced immense financial challenges. With only 150 students enrolled and an empty finance register, there were genuine fears that we might not be able to keep the doors open. Yet, I held on to a vision that this institution would not only survive — but become one of Faisalabad’s leading schools for affordable, quality education.

By the grace of God, my commitment was strengthened when Barnabas Fund, a dedicated organization, stepped in to support our mission. Their timely help fueled our efforts to modernize and expand the school even with minimal resources.

✔️ We became the first online school in our town, expanding access to quality education.
✔️ We introduced a fully digital school management system, improving efficiency and transparency.
✔️ We installed CCTV cameras in every classroom to ensure student safety and accountability.
✔️ We implemented an automated bell system along with a smart SMS and WhatsApp communication network to keep parents informed.
✔️ We recruited qualified, trained, and professional teachers committed to delivering excellence in education.
✔️ Every classroom is equipped with a microphone and speaker system, allowing the Principal to communicate clearly with all classes on a daily basis.
✔️ We adopted modern AI technology to support students and parents, including a WhatsApp AI assistant that provides automated information and guidance.
✔️ An AI-based automated bell and student calling system has been installed, through which announcements, assembly notices, and daily school communications are efficiently managed.
✔️ We strengthened school discipline, coordination, and time management through technology-driven systems.
✔️ We continue to invest in innovation, safety, and future-ready learning environments for our students.

Through these efforts — and by God’s grace — our student strength has grown from 150 to over 600 students, and our facilities are now thriving to keep pace with this growth. Today, the Philadelphia School System stands as a testament to what faith, dedication, and community support can accomplish.

I firmly believe in Proverbs 22:6 — “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” We will continue to build strong foundations for every child who walks through our gates.
