I warmly welcome you all to the Philadelphia School System, where our mission is to transform lives through accessible, quality education rooted in compassion and faith.

In 2025, I made a life-changing decision to join this remarkable institution as Principal. Before this, I served as a Government Head Mistress, working in the public sector as an SST teacher in Grade 16. While my qualifications — an MPhil in Mathematics and M.Ed — could have secured me higher positions elsewhere, my heart was drawn to serving those who deserve it most: the underprivileged children of our community.

Inspired by the example of Jesus Christ, who came “not to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28), I felt called to dedicate my skills and experience to uplift young learners who might otherwise be left behind.

When I joined the Philadelphia School System, I brought with me a strong vision for educational improvement. By the grace of God, and with the support of our dedicated staff, I have focused on:
✔️ Revamping the Curriculum: Introducing more effective, modern, and engaging learning materials.
✔️ Upgrading the Syllabus: Aligning our courses with the latest educational standards to ensure our students are competitive and confident.
✔️ Teacher Refresher Courses: Equipping our teachers with the latest teaching techniques and professional development, so they can inspire every child in their classroom.
✔️ Student Enrichment Activities: Organizing regular co-curricular programs, competitions, and events that help students discover and nurture their talents beyond textbooks.

At the heart of my leadership is a deep belief that every child has untapped potential. Our duty as educators is to unlock it, nurture it, and watch our students soar. I stand committed to creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their very best.

The Philadelphia School System has always been more than just a school — it is a family. A place where students grow in knowledge, character, faith, and community spirit. We keep our fee structure low so that no deserving child is turned away. We build not just students, but responsible citizens and compassionate future leaders.

It is my prayer that together — with the support of parents, our dedicated staff, our well-wishers, and the grace of God — we will continue to expand opportunities for our students and make a lasting difference in Faisalabad and beyond.
